This acquisition is Cadastra’s second M&A this year after buying Brazilian e-commerce integration company M3.
London, November 2022 – Cadastra, a global marketing, technology, business strategy, data and analytics solutions company, takes another important step in consolidating its global platform and announces its second acquisition of the year, the UK digital marketing agency Digital Ethos. Headquartered in Leicester, UK, employing 50 professionals, Digital Ethos is a full-service digital marketing agency, serving clients across 15 countries. With this acquisition and the Brazilian M3 e-commerce company announced in October, Cadastra more than triples its international operation, forming a structure with almost 700 employees, seven offices and operations in more than 20 countries. M&A Advisory introduced the parties and advised Cadastra.

Founded in 2016 by Luke Tobin, Digital Ethos has a well-recognised track record in England, having already completed two small acquisitions and being a certified B Corp. Over the past five years, the agency’s revenue has grown exponentially. Combining marketing, data and technology, with a culture focused on best practices in people management and performance. The agency has worked with major brands such as NHS, Flutterwave, JD Group, Co-op and Scrivens. In terms of services, Digital Ethos offers SEO, paid media,, social media, digital PR, public relations and content production. Also of note is their web development division , which works with technologies such as Shopify and WordPress.

Following the signing of the acquisition agreement there will be no immediate change in day to day delivery, with clients continuing to receive the high level of service they have become accustomed to. Over the next 12 monthsthe companies will format an integration plan, including the rebranding of Digital Ethos to Cadastra EMEA and the sharing teams and resources in London and Brazil.
